My name is Michele Cannarozzi and I’m the owner of the homonymous agricultural farm created in 2001 in the Gargano and located in Carpino, the City of Oil. I have always been a farmer following my father’s steps.

My company is family run and with biologic cultivation and certified by Suolo & Salute. We produce and pack personally our Biologic Extra virgin Olive Oil and legumes, among which the Carpino Fava bean which is Slow Food Presidium since 2002.

Our biologic extra virgin olive oil comes exclusively by olives from company’s plantations, pressed (in an olive mill located around 100 m from the company) within 24 hours from the harvest; the oil is immediately brought in the company’s deposit and stored in steel silos to prevent it to take air and light avoiding in this way oxidation. It is bottled upon request.

It appears veiled and it remains this way for a long time because it is not subjected to filtration (which could lead to the loss of its organoleptic properties) but only to natural decantation, for this reason it could present sediment traces to confer exclusively to the authenticity of the product.

To follow the diversity in agriculture, in 2012 we opened an Agritourism (L’Oasi) and we became Educational Farm registered in the Apulia Region Register.

We are located just outside the town, among centuries old olive trees.

All the work we do is linked to our love and attachment to our land and traditions.

We guarantee the authenticity of our products.
