Our extra virgin olive oil is the result of the best crops methods from biological agriculture. The oil is produced from healthy and controlled olives harvested at the right point of ripeness and cold pressed within 24 hours. All olive harvest comes exclusively from our plants in our company in Carpino, known as the oil town, in the Gargano National Park.
